Water Polo West is committed to creating an environment that champions, mentors, and retains coaches across British Columbia.

Water Polo West Coach Development Program

  • Connect with a community of coaches to share ideas and experiences.

  • Provide mentorship to build confidence in leadership roles. 

  • Develop a pool of coaches for Water Polo Canada NCCP courses and ongoing education and development opportunities. 

  • Coordinate coach evaluations to support the certification process.
