Insurance
Insurance is provided through our affiliation with Water Polo Canada.
Member clubs can secure a Certificate of Insurance for programs and events* held in BC by completing a COI request and submitting it to Water Polo Canada via email (insurance@waterpolo.ca) and copy Water Polo West (executivedirector@waterpolowest.ca)
*Only tournaments sanctioned by Water Polo West or Water Polo Canada are covered by this insurance.
2026-27 requests can be submitted now using last year's form:
Only affiliated clubs are eligible for insurance.
COI can take up to 10 days, please submit your form early.
Travelling Teams to USA
The following items are required from Canadian teams competing in the US:
1. Certificate of general liability insurance naming USA Water Polo as an additional insured
2. Travel permit
3. Roster with names and dates of birth
