Brianna Utas

University of The Pacific

Utas is a six-time Canadian National team member. Her accolades at the international level include being captain and winning a gold medal with the 19U Junior Pan American Team (2018) and winning bronze with the Senior National Team at the Intercontinental Cup in New Zealand (2018). She would also go on to win silver at the Youth Pan American games in 2015 and gold in 2016.

 

Brianna has three years of club experience playing one year with Fraser Valley Club, where her team won U16 Nationals and was awarded tournament MVP, and two years with the Pacific Storm. Utas went on to win bronze at the U18 Nationals and silver along with the Most Valuable Defensive Player award at the U19 Nationals the next year.

Ava Morrant

 

University of Michigan

Ava competed​ at the 2019 World University Games in Naples, Italy with Team Canada. She was named to the Canada Junior National Team for the Pan American Championships in Lima, Peru in 2019 and was a member of the 2018 19u Canadian National Team. Ava won a gold medal at the 2018 19u Pan American Games

She was captain of the 2017 17u Canadian National Team and won a bronze medal at the 2017 17u Pan American Games. She was co-captain of the back-to-back 16u Canadian National Champion team in 2015 and 2016.

Ava medaled at the NCL Western National Championships four straight years with a gold in 2016 (16u), silver in 2015 (16u) and 2017 (19u) and bronze in 2016 (19u)

Emma Fraser


Arizona State University

Emma Fraser began playing club water polo in 2011 at the Saanich Water Polo School in Victoria, B.C. and became a member of the U19 British Columbia provincial team in 2015 and 2016. In 2016, she joined the U16 club team in Eger, Hungary.

 

In 2017, she was the U19 Canadian National Championship League top goal scorer, selected to the Western Championship Tournament's All-Star team. In the same year, she competed at FINA World Women's Junior Water Polo Championships in Volvos, Greece as part of the Women's U20 National Team. She was named MVP at state championships in 2017.

 

A member of the Santa Barbara City College water polo team, she helped the team to a CCCAA state championship in 2017 and 2018.

 

In 2018, she helped the Canadian Women's U19 National Team win a gold medal at the UANA Junior Pan-American Championships.
