The 2026 Summit and AGM will take place Sunday, September 27 9:00am to 3:00pm at Christine Sinclair Centre, Burnaby. 

​

The Summit will be in-person only. The AGM will have a zoom option.

​

The Summit is open to all WPW Club Presidents and one other club representative such as a General Manager, Head Coach, Board Member or other decision maker within the club.

​

The AGM is open to Club Presidents or a designated proxy. Details on submitting a proxy request will be sent out with the AGM package.

Tentative Schedule for the day:

9:00: meet, coffee, snack, hellos

9:30 Review of OEI and progress to date

10:00 Review of Strategic Plan & initial discussion of new Strat Plan development

11:00 Facilities and calendar discussion

12:00  – pre AGM discussion of topics

1:00 break, lunch

1:30-3:00 – AGM
